Privacy Policy

Lowso Entertainment ("DJ Lowso", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide in our booking form:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Event details: type of event, date, venue or city, and guest count
- Your music preferences and any notes you add
- How you heard about us
If you become a client, we keep the information needed to plan and deliver your event — such as your timeline, song requests, questionnaire answers, contracts, and invoices. If we invite you to our client planning portal, we also store the login details for that account.
Automatically, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This is used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and check availability for your date
- To prepare quotes, contracts, and invoices
- To plan, coordinate, and perform at your event
- To follow up after your event, such as asking for feedback
- To keep this website secure and prevent spam and abuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run our business. They process your information only on our behalf and only to provide their service to us:
- Website hosting — to serve this site
- Database hosting — to securely store inquiries and client records
- Email delivery — to notify us of inquiries and send you messages
- Payment processing — if you pay an invoice online
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our client portal uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in; those are not used to track you. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your activity on this site over time or across other websites.
Do Not Track.Because we don't track visitors across sites, there is nothing for a browser "Do Not Track" signal to switch off, and our practices are the same whether or not your browser sends one.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, and resolve any disputes. If you inquire but don't book, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email bookings@djlowso.comand we'll respond promptly. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, such as invoices.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take care to protect what you share with us.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Inquiries about events for minors, such as quinceañeras or school dances, should be made by a parent, guardian, or organizer.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes affecting existing clients, we'll let you know directly.
