I've been rockin' the 1s & 2s since the fresh age of 15! Growing up, I loved listening to all types of music... and today, my love for various genres is still flourishing. It was the heavy exposure I had from a very young age that has led and shaped me to become the DJ I am today. Music is an essential part of my daily life, and with so many channels for music to be heard and appreciated, I spend much of my time listening and digging to find the perfect songs to share and incorporate to my DJ sets. Being an open-format DJ challenges me and pushes me to keep exploring new and old music to incorporate into my performances.
With our generation being so technologically driven, I do my best to keep up with the times, while not forgetting to keep the art of old school DJing alive in my sets through looping, scratching, word playing, and MCing. I could be dropping a club set filled with hip-hop and EDM hits, but still be able to put a fresh spin on it by incorporating some disco, reggaeton, funk, or rock & roll, and throwing some well-timed cues and scratches in there. I love experiencing the crowds' reactions — those are the moments of DJing that are most precious to me. I love being able to feed off the crowd's energy. It drives me!
I believe my friendly and laid-back personality makes me a crowd favorite. Also, my ability to be a true crowd controller by being able to read and adapt to any given situation. Whether it be corporate events, trendy lounges, weddings, school functions, house parties, or a good ol’ fashioned backyard boogie, I believe I've got something for anyone and everyone.
I rely on my high-energy, keen musical taste, and unique style to make sure the party is jumpin' from start to end!
